We are Alia Vryens and Colin Craig, and we sing (mostly) funny songs about life the universe and everything. We used to sing only about sex, because we are facinated and in love with everything sexy, kinky, proud and loud. But then the global pandemic hit, and a few other things hit, and it doesn’t seem genuine to only sing about sex anymore. Now we poke fun at, laugh at and celebrate our failing mental health, the patriarchy, sex (of course!) and whatever else seems important at the time.

We’re wanna-be rock stars with champagne dreams on a goon-bag budget. We want to be doing lines in the bathroom with Lizzo, but honestly the fact that the days of the week are printed on our antidepressant pills is sometimes the only reason we know what’s up and what’s down.

If we were cool enough, we’d be all about sex, drugs and music comedy, but as it is, it’s more like; sex, antidepressants and an increasing weight to be more on top of things.

Real fun, real clever, real energy spilling over, real good. – FunnyTonne
